Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us immediately with your order details, and our team will assist you.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only in cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share supporting photos/videos.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement and ensure it reaches you at no additional cost.
Replacement of the order will be delivered in 5 to 8 days, after the inspection .
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
Minor external packaging imperfections that do not affect the product’s quality or performance are not covered under returns.
Refunds
At this time, we offer replacements or store credit only, not cash refunds.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit that you can use toward your next purchase.
Store credit is valid for 48 days and can be used anytime for the order purchase.
